Disparate Impact Is Destroying Civilization

Call it DEI, “equity” or disparate impact but it is all the same thing: rewarding people solely on the basis of some physical or behavioral feature. It is destroying every institution it infects, some with dangerous consequences.

It has become patently obvious that for some strange reason racism only impacts blacks in America. How is that? Latinos are getting ahead, and Asians, after suffering from racism in the early 20th century certainly are not held back now. Since everything is a consequence of racism according to the left, that must be the explanation for the relatively small percentage of whites in the NBA and NFL….white athletes are being discriminated against!

I do not know what is a bigger threat to our country and civilization at this point: barbaric Islamic radicalism, geopolitical foes such as China and Russia, or our home-grown Democrat Marxism. The latter a vile stew of DEI, climate change, open borders, anti-capitalism, abortion, hatred of the religious, LGBTQ-ism and many other things. I’m going with door #3, are biggest threats are from within.

What Is Critical Race Theory and Why Is It So Bad, And Dangerous

Critical Race Theory (CRT) is nothing more than Marxist ideology masquerading as “anti-racism”. Marxism was originally cast as class conflict but failed badly in the 20th century due to the success of western democracies’ in achieving tremendous freedom and prosperity, Communism’s fall due to corruption and economic collapse, not to mentions the hundreds of millions killed under communism. Western leftists have now recast Marxism as race struggle, attacking western democracies’ openness and tolerance with spurious charges of “systemic racism”. Most of our current bad ideas on race and racism come from this garbage ideology. Not without irony, this tactic is impossible to implement in much of the world like Asia and Africa due their largely single-race cultures that are in fact sometime quite actually racist. China, for example, where ethnic minorities are badly oppressed.
