Employers May Discriminate Against “They/Them” Pronouns

Who can blame them? Who wants employees who clearly may have emotional baggage or be mentally ill? I wouldn’t. The big problem with this is that many of these HR people are openly promoting “DEI” but are apparently unwilling to “walk the walk”. Classic virtue signaling or “Do as I say”.
