As If It Could Not Get Worse For 60 Minutes and CBS

Released emails show that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis tried to arrange an interview with CBS and was turned down. So in other words, CBS purposely concocted a poorly made hit piece.

Yikes: E-mails show DeSantis team asked CBS, 60 Minutes to interview Moskowitz — and were told “the deadline has passed” – HotAir

CBS needs to be sued. Or perhaps some enterprising Republicans should look at having CBS’ broadcasting license pulled.

CBS News And 60 Minutes Hits A New Low

There was a time 30 to 40 years ago when 60 Minutes provided interesting, hard-hitting news coverage and was universally respected. Sadly, those days are long gone.

60 Minutes is now nothing more than leftist propaganda sewage. Most recently they were caught selectively editing a news conference by the left’s newest whipping boy, Florida governor Ron DeSantis. The piece was so dishonest that even some prominent Florida Dems have attacked CBS. You can’t spell CBS without BS.

Sadly There Is A Lot Of Healthcare Misinformation Going Around

And much of it seems aimed solely at damaging the current president. No, the country is not at full capacity in its hospital system. In fact, in areas where Covid outbreaks are minimal, hospitals and medical facilities are empty, apparently causing cutbacks and even layoffs. The behavior here is obvious as the corrupt media (mostly left but including some on the right) have terrified people to the point they won’t seek healthcare unless it is critical. Now some of this is positive as it has freed up capacity in hot spots, and it is well known that many older people tend to unnecessarily be “frequent flyers”.

Poorly sourced, dishonest stories about nurses and doctors in crisis.

This does a disservice to all those professionals working their tails off, unnecessarily creates panic, and ultimately damages media credibility even more, not that media has much of that left.
