The speaker lays out that you should never use the term again unless you are a Marxist. Social justice means whatever the Marxist wants it to mean, but really it is state-run socialism. Like most of their fields of study and nomenclature (CRT, gender studies, safe space, microaggression, trigger warning, institutional racism) the left simply makes up things without any sources and it becomes “academic”.
