The Democrat Party’s history and it’s very existence is steeped in racism. The party traces itself back to the 1820’s and was strongly pro-slavery. The South fought a civil war against the US and was pretty much 100% Democrat. After losing the war, Democrats founded the KKK and opposed many rights being granted to blacks. Even in the 1900’s, prominent Democrats were virulent racists, including Woodrow Wilson. The Civil Rights Act is the 1960’s was not passed to give blacks more freedom and autonomy, but to buy them off as a voting block.
If the Democrat Party has an ounce of integrity, it will disband and dissolve. Or, the left must completely disavow it, if it really cares about racism. I won’t hold my breath.
I hate it when I am right. That took about two minutes…I thought it might take two months or two years. Evil, deranged, far-left Marxist (I am assuming) radicals in Portland tore down and desecrated a statue of the father of our country, thereby giving the GOP the single best campaign ad image perhaps EVER, if they are smart. It took these unhinged criminals about two minutes to go from Confederate generals to George. I may be wrong, but mark this as the moment Trump won re-election and the GOP takes back the entire government. This has to be a bridge too far for 80% of the country. The GOP needs to run this on an endless loop between now and November.
The far-left wants to destroy the country and erase it’s history. They will do to any “non-believer” what they did to Washington’s statue. They are enabled by the corrupt, America-hating Democrat Party of Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, AOC, and all the rest. Make them pay at the ballot box.

And even their leftist readers are incensed. Seems the WaPo did a story on a woman who appeared in blackface at a party two years ago as a parody, one that did not go over well. The woman is a leftist/progressive, and apologized but that did not matter. Two women at the party who were deeply “offended” then shopped the WaPo until they found someone to write a story and name names. The woman has subsequently lost her job.
So there you have the American Marxist left: destroy and average Jane over something so silly and innocuous it defies description. That these evil angry leftists (the two women and these idiots at the WaPo) will destroy each other should tell everyone all you need to know. Robespierre himself had nothing on some of today’s American leftists.

So until two minutes ago poor Aunt Jemima wasn’t racist, but now she is. So, are companies going to replace all icons of color with bland, innocuous white people? Is that not racist? The real racists here are the left-wing outrage mob and the gutless corporate executives bowing to them, both of whom feel they have to infantilize an entire race, lest they be “triggered” by an inoffensive, lovable, matronly black woman. First it was Lee, Jackson and Aunt Jemima, next it will be the Sun-Maid girl (sexist!), Jefferson and Washington. Then maybe even FDR (he did imprison US citizens of Japanese descent after all), and Kennedy. The left will not stop until society stands up to them, figuratively or literally. They never do. The left is repeating what Stalinists, Maoists and Nazis did. And ISIS.
Story number two, Mike Gundy is a coward:
Gundy apologized for, wait for it, wearing the T-shirt with the logo of a conservative news network on it! OMG, it’s the end of the world! Unfortunately for him, his most prominent player attacked him on Twitter (of course) instead of talking to him like a real man. I suspect the player did not even know what OAN was but was fed the news by some leftist outrage troll. Gundy then either apologized after he realized he might have a Saints-like player revolt, or was told to do so. The coach became famous a few years ago for standing up to the media that was critical of his starting black quarterback, exclaiming “Come after me! I’m a man, I’m 40!” I guess Gundy just lost his “man-card”. That Mike Gundy was nowhere to be found yesterday. It will take some prominent people to stand up to the mob or this will continue and get worse.
Whitlock is one of the preeminent voices in sports media (and a black man coincidentally) calling out leftism for its intolerance and bullying in culture and how it is ruining sports. He is also a strong free speech advocate and recently joined Outkick the Coverage. He echos many of my comments or perhaps vice-versa. Here is a little tip to coaches, owners and administrators. Next time a black athlete has a temper-tantrum over some fake “injustice” or racism, tell them black unemployment was at an all-time low under the current president they seem to hate so much, until the illegal Covid lockdown pushed largely by Democrats caused it to soar. Maybe they will stop and think.
Matt Taibbi is not a centrist, and he probably isn’t even a true liberal. Call him “liberal-left”. But the Rolling Stone editor may be the last honest leftist in media, and he’s a smart guy. He knows the mob will come for them when it is done with the GOP, conservatives and centrists. It already is. When the left loses Matt Taibbi, it is in trouble.
It is VERY dangerous and must stop now. Left-wing media, academia and big tech is in on it. And many large corporations and influential people are acquiescing to the mob out of fear. Placating the mob will never work. If you apologize they will come back for more. Next they will make you kneel before them. Then they will make you admit to some “crime”. Then they will take your house. Then perhaps they will imprison you and if you are unlucky, give you a case of “lead poisoning”. History is full of such examples…too bad much of our country does not know its history. Like they said in Germany “when the Nazis had no one left to come for, they came for me.”
