Make no mistake. There is zero evidence that “green energy” – electric vehicles, windmill farms and solar panels – is actually green at all. Producing these machines is very energy intensive – energy that is largely provided by fossil fuels. What is worse is that all require massive land use in the form of mining and generation, leading to severe degradation of the environment. Finally, there is no evidence that the end result, such as the electric vehicle, actually uses less energy than the traditional alternatives.

It will raise taxes, increase government spending, waste money on more “green energy” grift, and weaponize the IRS. Yeah, that sounds like things that will help the economy. It will actually drive-up costs and hurt growth. Republican senators tried to get amendments passed including one that would have not allowed the funds to be used by the IRS to audit anyone making less than $400,000 a year, a reasonable request given that Biden had claimed he was looking for more enforcement actions against “the rich”. Nope, the Marxist Democrats would have none of it. The left-wing press is trumpeting the big “win” for Biden…right, if you consider destroying the economy to be a “win”, I guess it is. This bill is nothing but a cynical attempt by corrupt, evil Democrats to create the optics of a Biden legislative victory before November. It will do nothing to help anyone other than a few leftist greens and the DC swamp.

This will likely kill any green vanity project that is not economically viable.

Wind power is unreliable. Wind power is insufficient. Wind, solar, hydro and other renewables can never supply nearly all our power needs. Nevertheless, Bud and other virtue signaling companies mislead by making it seem that renewable energy is or will supply much or all of their power needs. Notice words like “will”, “electricity” with no mention of heat, or “theoretical”. Silly, green posturing. Renewable energy should be pursued, but it is not nor will it likely be for centuries the end-all, be-all. Converting to a green energy system will destroy our economy.
