Crossings are down, apprehensions are up, which the WaPo grudgingly admits to but sees as “bad”. And so far there isn’t even a wall. Put in simple economic terms, something that Leftists cannot comprehend: people respond to incentives.

If you tell an illegal they will be arrested and deported, they are far less likely to hand over their life savings to a coyote (smuggler) to get in the US.

Now, at the opposite end of the spectrum, murders are out of control in Baltimore after the police were basically ordered to stand down or be labeled “racist” by the majority black population. So what happened? Crime is way up. And who suffers? Law-abiding blacks. I wonder if BLM cares? Baltimore is reaping what it has sown.

ESPN Continues To Struggle

In what was no surprise the other day, troubled ESPN fired more than 100 employees, most of them on-air talent. Many of them were actually well regarded journalists and analysts. While ESPN’s struggles and obvious leftward tilt have been well-documented, the root causes of its troubles are several. However, the network appeared to make the calculus a few years back that adding leftist politics, political correctness and “social justice” to its programming would expand its audience…it hasn’t. In fact, ESPN may actually have made the situation worse now by getting rid of “substance guys” while keeping the opinionated clowns and carnival barkers that now populate its airways.

Pay close attention to the line of attack from this leftist piece of filth. First off, he refuses to acknowledge that all Trump did was return law to where it was a year ago. This is typical of the left: you take away some “right” that did not exist until a few minutes ago and they act like you are reinstating slavery. Second, the personal attacks: Trump is a “monster and a coward” who has been “emasculated by Putin” and is taking it out on “poor, helpless transgender children. Never mind that there are what, a few thousand of these poor urchins in the country. Logical fallacy alert!

This pathetic moron cannot answer a single question Carlson presents. He is despicable, as are 99% of leftists. This really sickens me to see people like this. This what the culture war is all about folks, and these people must be crushed.

ESPN Reportedly Losing 10,000 Subscribers Per Day

I have written about this before. Sports outlets in general and ESPN in particular have overtly become SJW and PC. ESPN has aggressively promoted a far-left agenda and has seemingly been taken over by BLM. No surprise, but its business is tanking. What is particularly worth perusing in the linked article is the research correlating sports fandom to political affiliation and engagement. Not surprisingly, a majority of sports fans skew conservative. The exceptions being tennis, soccer, and the NBA. Oh, and both WNBA viewers.
