It’s a great day for the country. An unconstitutional piece of garbage law (Roe) has been nuked and maybe this is a watershed day in the respect for life. Meanwhile, the Marxists who run the Democrat party are predictably losing their minds. Some in government are even suggesting they will not follow the law and others are inciting riots. It is far past time for the odious, brainless Biden to be impeached and the even more despicable Merrick Garland to be removed from the DOJ and investigated on criminal charges. Insurrection, anyone?

On Covid and The Biden Administration’s Gross Violation of the Law
Th 5th Circuit Court provided a brilliant, tight opinion on OSHA’s Vaccine diktat:
To summarize several key points: OSHA grossly exceeded its mandate, acted slowly when it is required to react quickly in “emergencies”, the diktat is overly broad violating OSHA’s powers, steps into the realm of public health again exceeding its powers, is arbitrary – (why 100 employees and not 99?), and violates the Constitution by trampling on states’ rights. No honest court will reverse what the 5th Circuit has brilliantly written. Let’s see if our Federal Judiciary is still honest.
As a consequence, just yesterday OSHA quietly withdrew its mandate until the legal challenges are decided. You would think this would be front page on every news source but left-wing media has blacked it out.
Finally, due to a skillfully submitted FOIA request, the CDC has been forced to admit it does not have a single case of someone recovered from Covid transmitting the virus at a later date. This runs counter to the known tens or hundreds of thousands of cases of vaxxed people getting re-infected and spreading the virus. All evidence points to the Covid jabs being inferior.

The Single Most Important Difference Between Leftists and Every Other Normal Person
Let me preface this with a definition of leftist. Liberals are not leftists. They may place value on social programs run by government but more than anything real liberals believe in free speech. That is perhaps the biggest hill they will die on.
A leftist is a person who wants a single totalitarian government to enforce ALL of his/hers beliefs on ALL people. This person opposes freedom of speech, religion, expression and association. He or the government he runs has all the power to enforce “laws” and is the sole source of commerce, welfare and protection. He uses violence, propaganda, censorship and intimidation to get his way. Leftism has taken its form over the years in various types of government including socialism, fascism, Nazism and communism. Sounds a lot like the Democrat Party these days.
This brings me to the one fundamental difference between leftists and the 70% of people in America who are “normals”: liberals, centrists, independents, conservatives. Leftists want EVERYONE to do only as the leftist wishes, while everyone else just wants to be able to do as THEY and they alone wish and be left alone. This is very important for everyone to understand. For example, the leftist will demand all religions accept his view of morality and tolerance while any normal religious person just wants to practice his religion in peace and could not care less if the leftist starts his own alternative religion. So you get the persecution of Christians for opposing the entire LGBTQ agenda. Leftists do not create or build anything, they only seek to destroy. About the only exception I can think of when it comes to intrusion in personal matters is abortion, something that billions of people around the world view as a moral issue in that it at minimum is the taking of a life and at worst is murder. Isn’t it strange that the only freedom leftists want people to have is the freedom to an abortion? Well, in actual totalitarian communist countries like China of the past this “right” to an abortion actually became a state mandated procedure.
American leftists have more power now than any time since the 1930’s. They are trying to destroy the country. The sad reality is that real leftists probably represent only 30% of the country’s adult population if you believe polls, which I generally do on this topic, and probably only 10-15% of the country can be described as “hard-core” leftists: the communists, Marxists, the AOC and BLM types. Why is this small minority now running Democrat policy and gaining power in everything from academia to big business? Because they are militant, violent, intimidating and far too many reasonable people have tried to appease them hoping they will go away. But they won’t. You can’t appease the mob bully….you have to proverbially “punch it in the mouth”. They have also used the lies of “systemic racism”, “hate speech” and various fake “phobias” to intimidate and silence opposition. Everyone who opposes this totalitarian, freedom-destroying ideology must fight back. The ideology of the left cannot win in the marketplace of ideas. That is why it relies almost solely on censorship. I sense a majority of the country has had enough and is starting to do that, but taking the country back from the left will take years.
If You Are Not A Leftist In America You Must Now Think And Act like a Dissident
I truly believe that traditional Americans: those that support freedom, individual liberty, capitalism, free will, and traditional American values are still in the majority with 60-70% of the country, but that doesn’t mean they have the power. It is clear that in institutions where the real power is: government, media, academia, technology and big business, the the balance of power has shifted toward leftism, tyranny and the erosion of individual liberties. Unfortunately it is too long for many people’s attention so I will summarize some of the most important points.
Liberty has been slowly eroded in the US for 100 years, it didn’t start in 2020. But the Wuhan Flu, summer rioting and the Jan 6 Capitol protest have super-charged calls for restrictions that only a few years ago would have been called tyrannical.
Institutions now have all the power, not people. We must work within these to retake power. Institutions are just things, not beings. Non-governmental institutions actually have greater power these days then does government.
There are multiple circles of constituents. Those of us who openly oppose tyranny are farthest away from power. Many more sit inside us who are either unaware or afraid, and can be converted to action. We must do that by questioning and educating them.
Many in “opposition” like us work in these large institutions.
We all have the same natural rights but government and other institutions have eroded these rights.
The dissident must question everything, make predictions, ask questions of those you know who may not be dissidents yet, keep track of martyrs, work within the system, recruit people who are currently passive but against oppression, focus on the future and realize it will take time.
Here is one example. There are many conservative, freedom loving people who are terrified of Covid and therefore very supportive of lockdowns. Simply ask them how on the one hand they can want freedom yet support lockdowns? And when they say “safety” ask what that means and at what costs and give them data on how the Covid risk has been grossly exaggerated.
For those who are “passive oppressors” ask them what “rights” they hold dear and then ask them if they don’t think those can be taken away?
An Interesting Take On Global Events and The State of America
An interesting though too long piece. The author makes some very salient points but at times gets bogged down in needless details and double speak. However, I think it’s an important and unique perspective. The biggest takeaways for me are 1) our large institutions are all hopelessly corrupt but have been for several decades – 2020 was finally the tipping point. The frog finally noticed it is boiling. 2) We are never going back to the way we conservatives want America to be. We must instead adapt. It dawned on me that what we conservatives are now experiencing must be no more jarring than what the WW2 generation experienced in the 60s…those who came of age in the 1930s to 1950s must not have recognized the country by 1969. We also can’t expect our kids to be as concerned with the state of things as their frame of reference is totally different, no matter how good a job we do educating them on the awful state of the country and the dangers of leftism. The only thing I really disagree with is the “you are powerless, everyone is powerless” sentiment….that it’s all in God’s hands now. I believe strongly in the divine but I also believe in the duty, responsibility and power of good, moral, ethical people to fight for freedom as will as the ability to succeed.
Nonetheless, this is a very important article.
The Single Worst, Most Unconstitutional Piece of Legislation I Have Ever Seen.
To call the “For The People Act of 2021” a stinking pile of feces is to insult feces. To call it unconstitutional is to call water wet. In 2019 the Democrat House voted for this and then tabled it knowing it did not have a prayer of getting past the Republican Senate or President Trump. The “For The People Act” is a Marxist wish list nationalizing all election law which is strictly forbidden by the Constitution and would codify such abominations as internet registration and voting, mandatory voter registration, vote harvesting, same day registration, registering voters prior to turning the mandated 18 years old, eliminating voter ID requirements, and preventing the cleaning of voter rolls. This is not what a majority of Americans want. This would codify massive vote fraud for a generation, but this is exactly what the far-left wants. It CANNOT pass. What we need is real election reform, not this stinking pile of garbage. Elections have consequences, and we are paying for the 2020 vote fraud and the stolen Georgia Senate races.
Texas Sues Multiple States Over Their Unconstitutional Election Changes
Excellent. Brilliant move, Hail Mary or a little of both? Texas has fired the first shot and the left-wing media is going to go bonkers. Could this be the first step in dissolving the country if states violate the Constitution and allow fraudulent elections to continue? If I were Texas, Florida or another influential conservative state I would make it well known that they will be happy to leave the Union over this. That and make it known that they have no interest being in a country where they have to subsidize the corrupt, failing kleptocracies of California, IL and NY/NJ.
