That’s right: terrorists, bombers, rapists, pedophiles and murderers all should have the right to vote in Bernie Sanders’ f-ed up world. Make no mistake, Sanders is a very dangerous Communist. He is power mad. His ideas come straight from Marxist-Leninist theory. Thankfully he is likely too old now to really have an impact on the US, but his ideas are dangerous.
This is not your father’s Democrat party: it is the party of infanticide, open borders, complete servitude to government, absurdly high taxes, anti-Semitism, economy crushing environmentalism, and incarcerated felons voting. In short, it is the party of Communism.
Make no mistake, though this is an opinion piece, it would not appear in the NYT without the editorial staff’s full approval. A dopey fellow at Arizona State is so convinced that the planet is facing imminent demise from capitalism that the only thing able to save it is “environmental socialism”. What he really means is a “green dictatorship”. Somehow this a-hole missed the part about communist and socialist nations being among the biggest historical polluters. Or perhaps he missed the gulags, starvation and mass-murder, but that is really what leftists want. Fewer people, themselves in charge, and the power over who lives and who dies.
This is a bunch of disgusting pseudo-academic garbage. Equally depressing is the seals in the comment section dutifully clapping to this clown’s “brilliance”. I did not realize NYT readers were THAT stupid. Why does the NYT even have a business section any more?
With Communism, oppression, poverty, starvation and murder are features, not bugs. The American left is either too obtuse or too dishonest to own up to this.
They claim to be “anti-fascist but use the very tactics of those they claim to oppose. And what is worse, they are cheered on by our left-wing media.
Very long but very interesting and worth the read. Excellent history of Hollywood’s open Communism and how it metastasized into a far-left run town that will stop at nothing to ruin anyone with opposing views.
I love that the right has declared war and become creative in its opposition. Simple economic boycotts help, but more should be done. I began my own personal boycott a few years ago, rarely going to a movie or watching original programming on TV. I wonder if Walt Disney would approve of his namesake becoming a corporation of far-left social-justice warriors?
